| AAFB - Andersen Air Force Base |
AAFB is a United States Air Force base on the northern end of the island of Guam, largely within the village of Yigo but also stretching into Dededo. It sits atop a 500 ft plateau on the extreme northeast portion of the island.
The host wing is the 36th Wing (36 WG) of the Pacific Air Forces (PACAF), which includes an operations group, a maintenance group, a mission support group, a medical group, and a contingency response group. |

| AAFC - Australian Air Force Cadets |
The Australian Air Force Cadets (AAFC), known as the Air Training Corps (AIRTC) until 2001, is a Federal Government funded youth organisation. The parent force of the AAFC is the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF).
The broad aim of the Australian Air Force Cadets is to better equip young people for community life by fostering initiative, leadership, discipline and loyalty through a training program designed to stimulate an interest in the Royal Australian Air Force. |

Australian Defence Force Cadets (ADFC) is a community-based, youth development organisation of approximately 22,000 cadets and 2,200 cadet staff in 464 units and squadrons across Australia.
The ADFC are comprised of three Cadet organisations:
1) Australian Navy Cadets (ANC).2) Australian Army Cadets (AAC).3) Australian Air Force Cadets (AAFC).
Coordination of the Australian Defence Force Cadets is via the Cadet Policy Branch (part of the Department of Defence). |

| AFOSI - Air Force Office of Special Investigations |
AFOSI is a Field Operating Agency (FOA) of the United States Air Force that provides professional investigative services to commanders throughout the Air Force. AFOSI identifies, investigates and neutralizes criminal, terrorist, and espionage threats to personnel and resources of the Air Force and Department of Defense using Special Agents.
AFOSI was founded August 1, 1948, at the suggestion of Congress to consolidate investigative activities in the Air Force. |
